Project Management Contract - Conversion of an old agricultural building, Construction and acquisition improvement of 38 rental housing units - Boulevard Jean Jaurès in GUISE

The purpose of this consultation is to select three teams that will then be allowed to submit a tender under the project management contract. PREAMBLE: The city of Guise offers a site that has been fallow for many years, located in the immediate vicinity of the historic city center, shops and services. The objective is to redevelop the agricultural building bordering Boulevard Jean Jaurès into 8 family dwellings and to demolish the shed in the courtyard in order to build 18 single-storey individual dwellings for the elderly and potentially 12 dwellings within two collective buildings.
