The purpose of the framework agreement is the centralized procurement of the supply of office paper for common and continuous use in the different administrative units belonging to the Administration of the Principality of Asturias and its autonomous bodies, as well as the public entities and public entities adhered to, in accordance with the provisions of article 219 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, of Public Sector Contracts (hereinafter LCSP), to determine the conditions of said supply during the validity of the same, being its object to establish the terms and conditions in which said supply must be executed within its subjective scope and that will materialize in the based contracts that are signed, during its term of validity, without the total number of units to be supplied being precisely defined at the time of conclusion of the contract because deliveries are subordinate to the needs of the purchaser.
