Description:
EUROPEAN TENDER PROCEDURE FOR THE AWARD OF INSURANCE SERVICES RELATING TO THE CIVIL LIABILITY OF DIRECTORS (D&O) OF CASSA DEPOSITI E PRESTITI AND SOME OF ITS SUBSIDIARIES

The contract is divided into 8 lots, in particular:

• Lot 1 - Primary Directors' Civil Liability Policy: net annual amount of € 520,000.00 (of which € 65,000.00 relating to the net annual auction amount for the subsidiary CDP Immobiliare S.r.l. and € 43,000.00 for Simest S.p.A.);

• Lot 2 - Layer 1 Directors' Civil Liability Policy: net annual amount of € 310,000.00 (of which € 27,000.00 relating to the net annual auction amount for the subsidiary CDP Immobiliare S.r.l.);

• Lot 3 - Layer 2 Directors' Civil Liability Policy: net annual amount of € 330,000.00 (of which € 34,000.00 relating to the net annual auction amount for the subsidiary CDP Immobiliare S.r.l.);

• Lot 4 - Layer 3 Directors' Civil Liability Policy: net annual amount of €150,000.00;

• Lot 5 - Layer 4 Directors' Civil Liability Policy: net annual amount of € 140,000.00;

• Lot 6 - Layer 5 Directors' Civil Liability Policy: net annual amount of € 125,000.00;

• Lot 7 - Layer 6 Directors' Civil Liability Policy: net annual amount of € 70,000.00;

• Lot 8 - Layer 7 Directors' Civil Liability Policy: net annual amount of € 60,000.00.
