The current video application landscape is fragmented. It includes multiple applications to create and store video content. Much of the content is generated in the creator's personal work environment and stored on personal devices and file locations. It is therefore difficult to maintain an overview of all the video material created at TU/e and searching for and retrieving video material is therefore also not easy Teachers have been introduced to the various tools at an accelerated pace due to the pandemic and need clarity on how to use the various tools.

The object of this Tender is to implement a Video Content Management System with Go Live at the beginning of Academic year 2023-2024 (August 2023).
