This consultation concerns the pre-work identification of the presence of asbestos, lead or polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (H.A.P.) in asphalt and/or mining structures. The technical terms and conditions are defined in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (Cctp). This is a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders with no minimum amount and a maximum annual amount of €100,000 excluding VAT per year, i.e. a maximum of €400,000 excluding VAT over the entire duration of the contract. The contract was awarded according to the open tender procedure pursuant to Articles L.2124-1 to 2, R.2124-2-1° to 5, L. 2125-1-1° and R.2162-1 to R.2162-5 of the French Public Procurement Code
