1.The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as amended), covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, harvesting and logging, harvesting and harvesting Christmas trees and maintenance of tourist and educational facilities, to be carried out in Ustrzyki Dolne Forest District in the year 2022 in the forests of Bandrów, nursery and Serednica. 2. The procedure shall be carried out: 1) in unlimited invitation to tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1)) in accordance with Article 129 (1) (1). 2 and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129 as amended - 'PZP') and implementing acts of the PZP, 2) in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) of PZP, 2) ZP file.
Bandry Forestry1. The package includes work on forest farming and conservation, logging and breaking timber, sourcing of Christmas trees.
2. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of the persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in a manner referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
Forestry nurseries 11. The package includes works in the field of forest breeding and conservation, harvesting and breaking timber in the amount of 2700 m3 and maintenance of tourist and educational facilities.
2. The Contracting Authority in accordance with Article 95 of the PZP requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of the persons performing the procurement and retraction of the wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of the work in a manner referred to in Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (text: Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended).
Forestry nurseries 21. The package includes works in the field of harvesting and plucking timber in the amount of 3900 m3.
