Introduction
Jönköping Municipality (the Client) invites tenderers (Supplier) to submit tenders regarding window cleaning and cleaning of high heights in Jönköping Municipality's premises.
Extent
Jönköping Municipality's Technical Office is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the municipality's property portfolio, where Operational Services has the operational responsibility for large parts of the municipality's cleaning and where window cleaning and cleaning of high heights is included as an external contract.
Window cleaning also refers to certain nursing homes and daily activities in the municipality.
It is expected that the tenderer has both the competence and the capacity to plan and administer the requested services for the offered work areas. Both window cleaning and cleaning of high heights must take place 1 (one) time per year on the objects specified in the procurement. In the case of some exceptions, it may be necessary to do so at some extra time.
Window cleaning will be ordered between March 15 and November 15. Cleaning of high altitudes will be called off throughout the year. The supplier must be able to meet this demand.
Window cleaning at a fixed price - the number of objects and object addresses are stated in the object list for each area. The supplier has the opportunity to visit the objects during weeks 45-46 that are included in each area to form an idea of the scope of the assignment, check the conditions for being able to provide a price.
Estimated value and ceiling volume
The estimated value of the contract during the entire contract period including extension clauses is 14000000.

The estimated value and any other quantities stated in the document are based on the turnover of existing framework agreements, expected quantities and what has emerged in the analysis prior to the procurement. No guaranteed volumes are provided. The agreement's ceiling volume is SEK 18,500,000

If the turnover of the Framework Agreement achieves the stated ceiling volume or this ratio is expected to occur in the near future, the Orderer has the right to terminate the Framework Agreement until immediate termination. Such a termination does not affect the validity of contracts entered into under the framework agreement.
