In order to comply with the Anti-Waste Law for a Circular Economy, Roannais Agglomeration wishes to deploy a food waste collection in bin shelters for its inhabitants. The launch of this consultation is part of this approach and consists of five lots: Lot 1 concerns the acquisition, installation, upkeep and maintenance of bin shelters and bins for producers outside households. The following lots concern the supply of pre-collection equipment (purchase of bio-buckets for batch 2, and bags for batch 3) which will then be distributed (lot 4) to 25,000 households door-to-door while being made aware of the new sorting instructions. Lot 5 will ensure the collection and transport of food waste to the outlet. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Each lot will be awarded separately and the services will be paid for by unit prices
