The present tender concerns the purchase and delivery of Brøndgods to Novafos A/S.Novafos A/S is a water and wastewater company in Allerød, Ballerup, Egedal, Frederikssund, Furesø, Gentofte, Gladsaxe, Hørsholm and Rudersdal municipalities. We supply drinking water to a large part of the consumers in the municipalities and take care of rainwater and wastewater in the nine municipalities. The tender concerns the purchase and delivery of well goods to Novafos A/S. There are approx. 3,500 km of rainwater and wastewater pipes as well as 1,600 km of water pipes in Novafos A/S area. The Purchaser's estimated consumption on the agreement, based on historical data, amounts per year excl. VAT: DKK 3,500,000 (total estimate over the contract period incl. options is DKK 14,000,000). The estimated maximum value of the Framework Agreement has been set at DKK 20 million (excl. VAT), as a result of an expectation of increased consumption, including due to uncertainty about additional purchases in connection with possible urban development projects, including sewerage.
