the purpose of this contract is the transmission and supply of electrical energy to all delivery points within the perimeter of the distribution system operator ENEDIS

the services include:- the complete supply of electrical energy to the Community's delivery points;- Access to the public electricity distribution network and its use for the Community's delivery points, within the framework of a single contract;- the mission of balance responsible in accordance with Article L321-15 of the Energy Code;- all the services defined in the CCATP and this RC and all services necessarily associated with the supply of energy electrical. The delivery points concerned by this contract are listed in Annex 1 of the CCATP. The summary of this list is indicative: 834 delivery points for 14,468 MWh/Year
