The service of delivery, i.e. sale of electricity and the related service of sending (distribution) of electricity to the facility of PCM Sp. z o. o. in Pabianice is carried out via a transformer station 15/0,4/023KV, which is managed by PCM Sp. z o. o.
The place of supply of electricity, constituting the boundary of the ownership of power equipment, are the fixed contacts of the rail disconnector in field No. 3 and the terminals of current transformers between field No. 7 and 8 of the 15 kV switchgear in the station No. 30056.
The protections are set as follows: HH 20/40 A high power fuses.
The measuring system consists of the following devices: current transformers 20/5 A, voltage transformers 15:√3 / 0.1 kV, multi-profile electricity meters type AS1440W and A1350W with a data transmission modem type Skalar GSM / GPRS. all measuring devices are located in the switchboard n.n. in station no. 30056; In addition, compensation devices in the form of two capacitor batteries with ACL regulator (BK-GG-0.38/120/120-20) are installed in the switchboard.
In the event of a power failure, PCM Sp. z o. o. has power generators (working exclusively for the needs of the Hospital):
1) 3 ZPP-250/S with a power of 200 kVA - manually actuated,
2) 3 ZPP-250/S with a power of 200 kVA – manually actuated,
3) ZE 400/5 44 kVA with automatic start
the common measurement of active energy, inductive reactive energy and capacitive reactive energy.
