With the Virtual Business Gateway to the Netherlands, Dutch business is presented in a uniform manner. NLinBusiness seeks cooperation with various business associations, sector representatives and public institutions.
This public European tender is divided into two lots, namely:
- lot 1:
—— developing VR application,
—— development of applications / tools that can be used on the platform,
—— coordination with the web platform supplier.
- lot 2:
—— producing and delivering VR content (interactive experiences and linear 360 degree content),
—— out of scope,
—— further development and maintenance of the web platform.
Lot 1: development of VR applications, development of applications and tools for the web platform and coordination with the supplier of the web platformThe first lot concerns the following services:
- developing VR application,
- developing applications / tools that can be used on the platform, and
- coordination with the supplier of the web platform.
A framework agreement is concluded for this lot with one supplier. Individual assignments will be requested by means of quotation requests.
Lot 2: development of VR contentLot 2 covers the following services:
- producing and delivering VR content (interactive experiences and linear 360 degree content).
It concerns both interactive VR experiences and linear 360 degree content. Framework agreements are concluded with three suppliers for this lot. The assignments are divided using mini competitions. All three (3) framework contractors are hereby requested to submit an offer. Subsequently, on the basis of criteria communicated in advance, it is determined which framework contractor is eligible for the award of the further contract. A further agreement is concluded with this supplier in which requirements regarding the further assignment are laid down. The hourly rates specified by you in the tendering procedure are binding for the entire contract period. The procedure in the mini competition is as follows:
- NLinBusiness provides a budget to carry out a specific assignment,
- you submit an action plan that gives the best possible interpretation to the assignment to be performed
- this action plan is qualitatively assessed,
- with the action plan you provide a timesheet with the amount of hours per role that you will use for this (and any additional costs, such as drone rental),
- the number of hours specified by you per role multiplied by the hourly rates specified in the tender procedure together with the additional costs may not exceed the budget made available,
- the whole counts as a fixed price.
