The service referred to in the object begins with the preventive and daily weighing, at the purification plant, of the empty vehicle in order to verify the tare weight of the vehicle which will then proceed with the withdrawals at the tanning utilities according to the program established by the contracting station. The service therefore consists in the loading, at the foot of the factory, of non-hazardous industrial waste and its transfer to the purification plant in via Fracanzana, 6 municipality of Montebello; This waste, stored in the appropriate tanks, must be collected, with means suitable for transporting non-hazardous waste, to be delivered to the purification plant where it will be received with the acceptance procedure of incoming cargo (stop for the collection of a sample of transported waste and its verification of compatibility, weighing of the load with authorization for unloading procedures by the person responsible for acceptance).

If the load is not suitable at the acceptance check, it will be rejected and must be returned to the manufacturer; The carrier will charge the manufacturer for any costs.

The contractor as a carrier must issue the waste identification form pursuant to art. 193 D. Lgs. n. 152/2006. The form must be pre-filled and printed with appropriate software.

The acceptance of the refusal at the plant entrance is operational from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.00 to 17.00, therefore the contractor must carry out the requested service no later than the times indicated for the acceptance of the loads entering the purification plant. The granting of the waste must also not exceed the maximum quantity of 40 tons / h.

This is pumpable sludge, dry maximum 12%, classified under CER codes 04 01 06 "sludge, produced in particular by the on-site treatment of effluents, containing chromium".
