The purpose of the tender is to conclude an Agreement with a service provider capable of providing a standard information system that supports the execution of service, incident and problem management and contract and supplier management and is able to do so configure standard information system in such a way that the operation is optimally in line with the SCG's services. The Contractor, together with the Client, realizes the project objectives within planning, in accordance with the scope of demand and within the conditions set.
