- lot 1: purchases of advertising space and associated printing works;

- lot 2: printing works;

- lot nº 3: distribution of the SYDOM newspaper on its territory.

The service consists of organizing on behalf of SYDOM the purchase of advertising space as well as the preparation of media plans. Once the media plan has been validated by SYDOM, the holder is also responsible for the production of the media selected (printing of posters).

The service provider will be responsible for printing all the information media and communication documents provided by SYDOM Aveyron.

The distribution of the SYDOM newspaper will take place in all the municipalities within its scope (273 municipalities) with letterbox and deposit distribution on a prior and updated list.
