Drug delivery

1. The subject of the contract is PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF MEDICINES in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 2÷2.27 (excel sheet) to the Specification (in assortment and price forms).

2. Delivery of medicines for a period of 12 months to the hospital pharmacy of the Ordering Party.

3. The Contracting Authority agrees to the pricing of replacement preparations i.e. draftees instead of coated tablets and vice versa, tablets and tablets coated instead of capsules and vice versa, tablets and tablets coated instead of draftees and vice versa, capsules instead of draftees and vice versa, tablets instead of tablets instead of film-coated tablets, and vice versa, ampoules instead of vials, and vice versa.

4. . The expiry date of the delivered goods is to be a minimum of 9 months from the date of each partial delivery. Any shorter validity periods will be agreed with the Ordering Party each time.
