This Contract is for the purchase (as detailed herewith, and in the related Information Memorandum and Pre-Qualification Documentation available on request to applicants following receipt of electronic expressions of interest sent to the contact point detailed in Annex A III, and in subsequent Invitation to Tender documentation) Construction of a new School at Trostan Avenue Ballymena. The new school will be a part single and part 2 storey school complex with a gross internal floor Area of 9 672 m² within a single site with an overall site area of 5.18 hectares. The new facility will provide a full education provision across a range of moderate to complex needs, and across the entire age spectrum (3-19 years).
