The Sami Parliament of Norway invites to a tender contest regarding a contribution financed research project for the Sami parliamentary election 2017. The objective of the research project for the Sami parliamentary election is:

— Analysing the conditions for, the function of, and the challenges for an election democratic system of and by the Sami people in Norway (the Sami Parliament);

— Establish Sami election research competence where emphasis is on Sami cultural and linguistic conditions.
