This contract is made by Angers Loire Métropole acting as coordinator of a group of orders formed on the basis of the “supplies and services” agreement of 05 May 2021.

angers Loire Métropole is responsible, as such, for the award procedure on behalf of the other members as well as for the signature and notification of the contract; each member of the grouping then taking over the performance of the contract for its own needs.

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum with a maximum of 25,600,000 euros excluding TAX over the total duration of the contract, i.e. 4 years, passed in application of Articles L.2125-1 1 °, R.2162-1 to R.2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code.
