Trade DIN 18380 Heating systems
0.1.2 Building
A new town hall is built with a
Underground car park.
The underground car park is opened due to stratified water in
WU concrete construction, the ground floor by means of semi-prefabricated parts,
the upper floor and attic in timber frame construction
created.
1. Heating system according to DIN 18380
The scope of services includes the ready-to-use production
of the entire heating system within the building.
Heat generation:
The heat is generated via the connection to the
District heating system in Markt Altusried. The planning of the
District heating supply has not yet been completed
and the supply temperatures of the district heating were still
not specified. The house introduction and the primary side
Heat transfer station incl. separating heat exchanger will be
Created on site. The primary side connection takes place in the
Intermediate cellar between the old and new town hall.
The work described in this specification
start from the secondary connection of the heat exchanger.
Refrigeration
In the technical room in the basement, a chiller with
three direct condensation storage tanks are installed. Above
the storage tank, the waste heat is absorbed and used as heat recovery
supplied to the district heating network. Hydraulically, the
Chiller via a buffer storage tank in parallel operation
connected. The cold generated is controlled by changeover valves in the
Flow and return flow in case of cooling requirement in the heating circuits 01
and heating circuit 02.
Heat and cold distribution
The heat and cold distribution takes place in the 2 strand principle
in the building via two weather-controlled heating circuits. The
Temperature control is carried out via a 3 Wegemisch valve.
The heating or cooling energy is supplied via
Changeover valves in the supply and return of the heating circuit.
Heating circuit 01: Underfloor heating/cooling ground floor, upper floor
The heating circuit 01 supplies the underfloor heating surfaces of the
entire office space on the ground floor and upper floor as
2 Head System. A changeover valve can be used either
Heat or cold water distributed over the heating circuit
become. Due to the high cooling load, the office receives a
South/west area additional cooling convectors.
Areas covered:
-Office space FBH ground floor (heating/cooling)
-Office space FBH Obergschoss (heating/cooling)
-Recirculation convectors office south/west upper floor (cool only)
Heating: VL/RL Temperature: 35 °C/28°C
Cooling: VL/RL Temperature: 17 °C/20°C
Heating circuit 02: Heating and cooling supply DG
The heating circuit 02 supplies the underfloor heating and
Ventilation systems for the attic as a 2-wire system.
A changeover valve can be used to supply either heating or
Cold water can be distributed over the heating circuit. Because of the
high cooling load, the boardroom receives additional
Kühlungskonvektoren
Areas covered:
-Meeting room FBH (heating/cooling)
-Ventilation system boardroom (heating/cooling)
-Ventilation system WC facilities (heating only)
-Convection convectors boardroom (cooling only)
Heating: VL/RL Temperature: 35 °C/28°C
Cooling: VL/RL Temperature: 17 °C/20°C
Wärmeübergabe:
All rooms get underfloor heating, which is located in the office and
Common rooms can both heat and cool. In
the sanitary facilities are only heated. Spatial control shall be carried out:
by the on-site room temperature control. In the office (South/
West) floor and in the meeting room an additional
Cooling via circulating air convectors.
The indoor room temperatures are determined according to
DIN EN 12831
As pipe material for the heating pipes are stainless steel pipes
(material 1.4520). The pipelines
are fire protection in the floor slabs
to isolate.
The main distribution lines run in the basement under
the floor ceiling. The climbing routes are installed in installation shafts
mislaid. The connecting cables to the heating circuit distributors
is done via the ground.
The thermal insulation of the pipes is correspondingly
according to the requirements of the JIT. The insulations
the main distribution and the risers consist of
diffusion-tight, aluminum-laminated mineral wool, which is produced in
visible areas and the technical centre with aluminium
Coarse grain film.
