1. The subject of the proceedings is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of multifunctional devices to the Entities together with the provision of warranty services.

2. UR specifies all the conditions for the implementation of deliveries and the conditions for selecting Contractors who will make deliveries to organizational units subordinated or supervised by the Minister of Justice, from among contractors who are a party to UR.

3. Procurement will be carried out successively, depending on the needs of the Units, after the Unit has submitted an application for the contract, the Contractor has received a reply to the request for the order and the choice of the Contractor who will perform the order (the implementing procedure).

4. THE UR will be included max. with 5 Contractors who obtain the highest number of points as part of the evaluation of tenders, based on the criteria set out in this SWZ and whose offer price does not exceed the amount intended to finance the framework agreement, with the proviso that the Contracting Authority may increase this amount.

The framework agreement shall specify all the conditions for the execution of deliveries and the conditions for the selection of Contractors who will make deliveries to organizational units subordinated or supervised by the Minister of Justice, from among the Contractors who are a party to the framework agreement.

3.
