1. The subject of the contract is the offset and digital printing service for the National Institute of

National Research Institute divided into 2 parts:

1.1. Part 1: Offset printing service;

1.2. Part 2: Digital Printing Service.

2. The detailed scope and method of execution of the object of the order is specified in:

Appendix 1a to the Terms of Reference – "Description of the subject matter of the contract for Lot 1";

Appendix 1b to the Terms of Reference – "Description of the subject matter of the contract for lot 2";

Appendix 2 to the Terms of Use – "Draft provisions of the framework agreement".

Detailed information on the requirements is set out in the Terms of Reference.

Offset printing service.

1. The detailed scope and manner of implementation of the subject matter of the contract is specified in:

Appendix 1a to the Terms of Reference – "Description of the subject matter of the contract for Lot 1";

Appendix 2 to the Terms of Use – "Draft provisions of the framework agreement".

2 Applies to Part 1 - Requirements related to the performance of the contract in the scope of employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465) apply to the following employees:

2.1. the operator of the printing press;

2.2. introligatora.

3. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the requirement of employment on the basis of an employment relationship are set out in the Draft provisions of the framework agreement and the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 2 and Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, respectively.

Digital printing service.
