Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy is bidding for a project management contract for the renovation and alteration of the property at Viikinkaari 11. The site is an office, teaching and library building with land. The building was completed in 1999. The renovation is done in stages and some of the property is in use during construction.

The procurement shall be carried out by a restricted procedure. First, a contract notice is published, which all interested journalists may request to participate. On the basis of applications to participate, 3-5 candidates will be selected for the call. If there are more than 3-5 candidates who meet the minimum requirements, the candidates will be selected on the basis of their score on the basis of the reference points. Candidates will be ranked in order of magnitude. If, after scoring, more than 3 to 5 of the highest-scoring candidates are in a tie, the maximum 5 candidates will be drawn. The successful tenderer will be selected on the basis of the overall economic criteria.
