The subject of the contract is the construction and marking of bicycle paths in the municipalities of Złocieniec, Czaplinek, Wierzchowo, Wałcz and the City of Wałcz.

1. The subject of the contract is the construction and marking of bicycle paths in the municipalities of Złocieniec, Czaplinek, Wierzchowo, Wałcz and the City of Wałcz.

There are investment sections to be made:

- reconstruction of the intersection of Połczyńska Street and Cieszyńska Street in Złocieniec,

- renovation of the surface of alleys in the Bison Park in Złocieniec,

- extension of the road in m. Bobrowo in the municipality of Złocieniec,

- construction of a road for bicycles on the section Wierzchowo-Kłębowiec-Wałcz.

At the same time, sections of bicycle routes in the municipalities of Złocieniec, Czaplinek and Wierzchowo will be marked.

The total length of the investment sections is about 33.64 km, and the sections for marking is about 17.7 km.

2. The scope of construction works includes:

1) removal of trees and shrubs,

2) photo of humus layer,

3) demolition of pavement, curbs,

4) reconstruction of culverts,

5) the performance of earthworks — excavations and embankments,

6) execution of the designed structure,

7) planting trees,

8) the setting of traffic protection devices,

9) performance of horizontal and vertical marking.

3. The subject of the order is described in detail in Design Documentation, SST, Chapter C of SWZ and Priced Works Objects.

4. Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the Act, the Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor or subcontractor(s) to employ on the basis of the employment relationship all persons performing the activities indicated by the Ordering Party in the scope of the contract, i.e.:

1) preparatory works, earthworks, construction of the bicycle path surface, finishing works, installation of traffic safety devices, execution of vertical and horizontal markings;

2) works of the bridge, telecommunications and electrical industries.

5. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) point 7 of the Act — Public Procurement Law.

1) The scope of works shall be set at PLN 3,865,000.00 net, with a scope consistent with the subject of the basic contract, consisting in the repetition of similar construction works.
