In summary, the project will comprise:

• two general classrooms including WCs and storage 80 m2 each,

• three SET rooms 15 m2 each.

Total floor area including circulation, internal walls and staircases = 372.4 m2.

Also:

• existing classrooms to be reconfigured into a two classroom early intervention unit 160 m2.

Total floor area including circulation for alteration 190 m2.

The attached schedule of accommodation for early intervention units can only be used as a guide and no external areas are provided for in this project. The accommodation for this unit is to be reconfigured within the constraints of this 190 m2 accommodation agreed.
