GAL is seeking to engage a supplier for the provision of hosting, management, maintenance and support services in respect of its SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. SAP provides financial and procurement systems to GAL as well as a Gatwick Data Warehouse for flight and retail data with a user base in excess of 370 individuals. It is expected that bidders will have suitable experience and expertise in relation to SAP as well as the ongoing capability to provide the following services:

— Application maintenance,

— Database administration,

— Middleware management,

— Fix development

— Enhancement development

— Reporting

— Testing in addition.

GAL requires hosting services including those relating to back-up and resilience as well as the provision of test and development environments to support the operation of a best-of-breed transport management strategy.
