Service for the control of the biological and hydromorphological elements of the Andalusian intracommunity continental surface waters 2020-2023. Lot 1: service for the control of the biological and hydromorphological elements of the continental surface waters in the Andalusian Mediterranean Basins 2020-2023. Lot 2: service for the control of the biological and hydromorphological elements of the surface continental waters in the hydrographic demarcations of Guadalete and Barbate and of Tinto, Odiel and Piedras 2020-2023.

The objective that is addressed with the execution of the work of this service is the establishment, development and execution of monitoring programs in the terms established in the DMA and in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 817/2015 for evaluation and monitoring of the status of the biological and hydromorphological quality of the surface continental waters in the Hydrographic Demarcation of the Andalusian Mediterranean Basins.

The work to be carried out basically consists of the development of the following tasks:

1. Review of control networks: revision and proposal of redefinition of existing control networks;

2. Preparation of the exploitation plan: preparation of a concrete exploitation plan that translates into a document the estimate indicated for the execution of the surveillance control programs and additional controls;

3. Field work and sampling: tasks that will be in accordance with the corresponding protocols for the different quality elements that are the object of the work;

4. Assays and determinations and calculation of indices: according to the laboratory protocols and calculation of indices and metrics for the different quality elements that are the object of the works;

5. Preparation of periodic monitoring reports and final reports with the evaluation of results and evaluation of the ecological status or potential of the stands;

6. Presentation in audiovisual support: informative video of the work carried out.
