ROAF needs to purchase 1 factory new wheel loader the ready for operation.
The wheel loader shall be delivered to ROAF Miljøpark in Skedsmo kommune, and in accordance with
the performance specifications in annex 1: ‘Requirement Specification’. Included in the procurement
is 5 years full service agreement.
The tenderers must take the Contracting Authority's wheel loader type and
model — Volvo L 110F 2008 model, 18.3 tons — part exchange. Hours of operations status is currently
approx. 8 500 hours. This is the number of hours now and it will be somewhat higher by the delivery as
the machine is in daily operation. The machine has full Volvo's Gold Service up to 6 000 hours and
thereafter a standard service agreement. The Contracting Authority is responsible for ensuring that
the part exchange machine is delivered in technically and operationally satisfactory condition when the new
machine is delivered, and has followed the terms of service. The tenderer will be obligated
to take the Contracting Authority's current wheel loader in part exchange (balance) in order to have
their tender offer assessed.
The tenderer must have the necessary capacity to be able to offer
the delivery by the stated deadline. Romerike Avfallsforedling IKS, hereafter called
the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the delivery of 1
factory new 20 — 22 tonne wheel loader.
The Contracting Authority will have completed the best possible realistic test drive of the offered machine. In order for the tenderer to have their tender offer evaluated, the Contracting Authority requires that the tenderer offers a completely identical machine to that supplied for test driving under realistic conditions.
