The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a multi-awardee framework agreement concerning the provision of services for the production of cost estimates for family and/or specific housing operations, which may include shops on the ground floor and new and/or refurbished facilities.

The services are the subject of a single package. The services cannot be allocated in view of the fact that the subject matter of the contract does not allow the identification of separate services
