The subject of the contract is the organization, management, provision, control, reporting and verification, with the obligation to comply with the accreditation requirements prescribed by the Lombardy Region and the contract with the ATS of the Mountain of Sondrio, of the services indicated in the technical performance specifications, to be carried out in compliance with the operational guidelines defined by the municipal planning, regional and national regulations and laws.

The methods and the type of social-health services (from professional nurses and rehabilitation therapists) and social-assistance (social assistance / OSS auxiliaries, social animator, social administrative employee) to be provided by the contractor company, must take place in respect of the provisions of the Lombardy Regional Government Decree no. 7435/01 and following and by current regulations with staff who have previous experience in the elderly area, preferably in rest homes and / or in protected facilities.

The service must be provided for the management of the structure and of the n. 4 (four) residential floors reserved for n. 73 (seventy three) guests classified according to the S.OS.IA Lombardy Region parameters and lodged therein, including room cleaning and laundry services.

An area for specific assistance reserved up to n. 5 guests in a vegetative state, regulated by specific management standards prescribed by the Region.
