1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 pieces of portable computers:
1) portable computer (2 pcs.) in accordance with Table 1 of the description of the subject of the contract – Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference,
2) portable computer (1 pc) in accordance with Table 2 of the description of the subject of the contract – Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference,
hereinafter referred to as "the equipment", for the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 6 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
4. Place of delivery of equipment: Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Gdansk, 80-309 Gdansk, 6 Jana Bażyńskiego Street, room 2080.
5. Hardware warranty period: 12 months. Details of the guarantee are contained in § 7 of the Draft Agreement – Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
6. The Ordering Party shall allow the possibility of submitting an offer equivalent to:
1) refers to item no. 5, item 1 of Table 1 and Table 2 of Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference: the Ordering Party shall consider a service or dedicated software allowing for remote storage of the User's personal content, such as documents, notes, calendars, reminders, as an equivalent service. The equivalent service shall allow the
exchange of the above-mentioned documents for users using the https://www.icloud.com address. This service must be provided free of charge, on-line, with access to min. 5 GB of storage space.
2) refers to item no. 5, item 2 of Table 1 and Table 2 of Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference: the Contracting Authority shall consider an IT service or dedicated software allowing to establish a video and audio connection for persons using portable iPhone and iPad devices with the iOS X system as an equivalent service.
