The target of the procurement is first aid training and first aid courses for the personnel of the City of Jyväskylä. We are looking for first aid instructors for the pool, the aim of which is to support supervisors and work communities in their service and work community-specific first aid training needs. The selected trainers and the content of the courses must meet the requirements of the Health Insurance Act and Kela for maintaining the first aid preparedness of the workplace. Pool trainers offer first aid training at different levels to personnel according to the necessary and agreed content. The procurement of services can be carried out either by HR administration or supervisors of work units in situations where a need for training has been identified. The procurement applies to all divisions and enterprises of the City of Jyväskylä. Training and courses are held in Finnish and English.

A pool of 10 companies/operators will be formed through competitive tendering. If there are fewer than 10 suitable tenders, all suitable tenders shall be selected. In order to ensure that even small operators can participate in the procurement, parallel tenders will not be accepted.

The contract is fixed-term for one (1) year from the date of signing the contract. After the aforementioned period, the agreement will continue until further notice for three (3) years.
