The subject of the contract is the construction of five garage buildings, demolition of garage buildings No. 81 and 82, demolition of hydrophore building No. 189, demolition of warehouse buildings No. 139 and 190, construction of a transformer station building along with the construction and reconstruction of accompanying infrastructure in Orzysz. The investment includes the demolition of garage buildings 81 and 82, the demolition of the hydrophore building 189, the demolition of warehouse buildings 139 and 190 and the demolition of existing surfaces, the construction of five garage buildings A, B, C, D and E, single-storey, free-standing, without basement, reinforced concrete structure with brick walls made of silicate blocks, with a roof with reinforced concrete structure in the lower part and steel in the upper part; there is no provision for permanent residence of people in the buildings; In addition, the following will be made as part of the investment: road surface structures, maneuvering yards and pavements; underground fire tank; water supply network; storm water drainage network; sanitary sewerage network; heat connection; sanitary installations, transformer station, reconstruction of the aggregator plant in building No. 282, removal of collision of the overhead line with the designed garage building A, power connection and electrical installations; as part of the investment, the following will also be carried out: part of the road industry works from a separate task according to the bill of quantities (Annex 6 D2 to SWZ) and drawings (Annex 8 K2 to SWZ) and part of the sanitary industry works from a separate task according to the bill of quantities (Annex 6 E2 to SWZ) and PZT external sanitary installations (Annex 8 L2 to SWZ); as part of the task, trees and shrubs should be felled in accordance with the project of the inventory of trees to be removed and the decisions for felling attached therein (Annex 8 E2 to the SWZ) and replacement plantings in accordance with the attached technical specification – planting trees / shrubs in the areas of military complexes (Appendix No. 3 H to SWZ) and the planting map (Appendix No. 8 E2 to SWZ);

The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annexes 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 to the SWZ;

2. Place of performance of the subject of the contract: closed area - precinct 1 Orzysz; 24 WOG Giżycko.

3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the subject of the contract, i.e. the works performed and the equipment installed for a period of at least 36 – maximum 60 months.

4. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered equipment for the period: minimum 24 – maximum 36 months.

5. Warranty period and care for replacement plantings: 36 months.

6. Warranty period: 60 months – according to Article 568 § 1 of the Civil Code

7. Required deadline for the execution of the contract with obtaining a material effect:

- minimum 1095 days from the date of signing the contract,

- maximum 1187 days from the date of signing the contract.
