The subject of the order is the successive collection and development of waste code 19 12 10 — Flammable waste (alternative fuel) produced at the Waste Management Plant in Lulków.

The offered method of waste management must comply with the applicable legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699).

Estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor in the period after signing the contract. until 31.12.2023 will amount to 8 000 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste planned for management, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms.

The estimated amount of waste that will be transferred to the Contractor during the term of the contract, i.e. from 02.01.2023 to 31.12.2023 will amount to 8,000 Mg. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste planned for management, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms.

For the production of the alternative fuel component, mainly unsegregated municipal waste (code 20 03 01) and packaging waste (from group 15) are used. The waste consists primarily of plastic and waste paper waste. Waste code 19 12 10 is devoid of glass and metals.

The waste will be prepared by the Ordering Party for collection in a baled form, tied with steel wire. The dimensions of the pressed bales are about 80x120x145 cm and the average weight of one bale is about 420 kg. This is an indicative value used by the Contractor to calculate costs.

Collection will take place from Monday to Friday, from 6.00 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., in the amount specified in the unit order sent by e-mail or telephone to the Contractor's representative. There is a possibility of a different date of receipt of the raw material, after prior arrangement with the Ordering Party.
