The subject of the contract is the delivery of furniture and a modular stage with stairs (equipment of the Machine Hall) "EC1 Łódź - City of Culture" in Łódź for the purposes of cultural events, divided into the following four parts:

1) Part 1 – Delivery of furniture to NCKF – POIS educational laboratories,

2) Part 2 – Supply of furniture for common spaces NCKF – ITI,

3) Part 3 – Delivery of a modular stage with stairs and accessories for storage and transport,

4) Part 4 – Workshop racks,

1) Lot 1 – Supply of furniture for educational laboratories NCKF – POIS, the subject of the contract is:

a) sale and delivery of brand new, complete, free from defects in construction, physical, legal, material and workmanship, furniture

with technical parameters and equipment described in Annex 1a - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),

b) assembly (including construction) and arrangement of furniture in the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party, to the extent necessary for the correct

and the intended use of furniture.

2) Lot 2 – Supply of furniture for common areas of NCKF – ITI, the subject of the contract is:

a) sale and delivery of brand new, complete, free from defects in construction, physical, legal, material and workmanship, furniture

with technical parameters and equipment described in Annex 1b - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ),

b) arranging furniture in the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party,

to the extent necessary for the correct and intended use of furniture.

3) Part 3 – Delivery of a modular stage with stairs and accessories for storage and transport, the subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new modular stage platforms with stairs and accessories for storage and transport with technical parameters and equipment described in Annex 1c - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).

4) Part 4 – Workshop racks, the subject of the contract is the delivery of brand new workshop racks, with technical parameters and equipment described

in Annex 1d - Description of the subject of the contract (OPZ).
