The Contractor is responsible for maintaining the proper sanitary condition of the Swimming Pool. The Ordering Party will conduct quality control of the services provided on an ongoing basis. The Contracting Authority requires, pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act, that the Contractor (including Subcontractors) employs on the basis of an employment relationship - within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labour Code.
