dynamic purchasing system (Sad) aimed at the conclusion of specific contracts for the supply of sterile, non-sterile medical devices and implantable medical devices for the establishments of the Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (Ght) Sud Lorraine and the Meurthe & Moselle Departmental Fire and Rescue Service (SDIS 54): The specific contracts will take the form of framework agreements with single-awarding purchase orders, with a minimum and/or maximum in value or quantity fixed in the deed of commitment. They will be enforceable for a maximum period of 4 years (including any renewal periods). Their implementing rules will be defined in a dedicated SPC, which will complement as necessary the common provisions provided for in the CCAP and the CCTP of the SAD.
