The contracting authority for this contract is primarily the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA), region west.

The agreement shall only cover the heavy machinery/works contract services. A separate framework agreement shall cover the building works contractor services.

The main area of the contract is Hordaland County, including Bergen, Os and Voss municipality.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency also administer some installations in Sogn og Fjordane in Lærdal, Vågsøy, Nordfjordeid and Florø municipality. The tenderer shall also be able to conduct service assignments on these installations. The number of assignments for these locations is considered low.
