Supply of industrial liquid carbon dioxide in bulk to AdVT and associated services, by lots, as better defined in the specifications and their annexes.

The subject matter of each of the contracts to be concluded also covers, briefly, where applicable, the following:

a) The definition, elaboration and implementation of the installation/replacement project of the Cryogenic Carbon Dioxide Reservoir and associated equipment, in accordance with the applicable legal and technical requirements, namely, considering the requirements related to the electrical supply, command, regulation, control, gasification, dissolution and refueling by tanker-truck;

b) The supply and installation or replacement of electrical panel, PID controller, CO2 flow shaping valve, flow meter with scale, output of 4-20 mA, flow control valve, shut-off valves, box with acrylic door, pressure gauges and in-line injector, where applicable;

c) The assembly and dismantling of the equipment inherent to the supply of Carbon Dioxide;

(d) the supply or replacement of pipes;

(e) the necessary permits and periodic verification;

(f) the leasing of equipment;

g) The installation and provision of telemetry services for the control and management of Carbon Dioxide levels;

h) The telematic management of existing stock levels, maintenance of the minimum required levels, as well as all logistics associated with the delivery of the product, in the terms better defined in the specifications.

The object of the contracts includes the transport, installation and assembly services of the Cryogenic CO2 Reservoirs, encompassing all types of connections, as well as the supply of labor and all the accessories, components and equipment necessary for their installation and assembly and their perfect operation.
