1. The subject of the contract is a comprehensive municipal waste management service consisting in:
1) accepting municipal waste, specified by type for a given part of the contract, in the place indicated and provided by the Contractor for the reception of municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents,
2) processing of accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and / or disposal (D) processes, in the place of municipal waste management indicated and provided by the Contractor, in a manner consistent with the law and the requirements resulting from the procurement documents,
3) implementation of reporting and information obligations,
4) performance of obligations guaranteeing the Ordering Party the possibility of exercising control and verification rights,
5) provision of services and obligations related to the services expressed above in points 1 – 4)
- hereinafter jointly referred to as the 'municipal waste management service'.
1. Part I of the contract includes a municipal waste management service originating in the Jarocin Municipality, the types and estimated quantities of which are indicated in Chapter III.1 paragraph 2 of the OPZ, and the contract execution period is specified in Chapter III.1 paragraph 1 of the OPZ. Part I of the contract is awarded in the name and on behalf of the Municipality of Jarocin, with which the Contractor whose offer will be selected as the most advantageous will conclude a public procurement contract.
2. Part I of the contract covers the management of the waste stream originating from the Jarocin Commune and will be carried out in the period from the date set by the Ordering Party on the terms set out in §2 section 1 of the model contract (not earlier than from 1 July 2022 and no later than from 1 September 2022) to 31 December 2023 (the period of transferring waste to the Contractor for management).
3. Based on historical data, the basic scope of the contract was established - point III.1.2 OPZ. The indicated waste codes, including if they are used in other parts of the OPZ, should be defined in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10).
