This works contract concerns the construction of serviced residences on the Claires Claires site in Spa and on the Limbourg site. The works constitute a market in a 2 separate lots corresponding to the 2 construction sites:

- lot 1: construction in extension of 39 serviced residences on the site of Hours Claires in Spa,

- lot 2: extension of 44 serviced residences on the site of the Léon d'Andrimont nursing home in Limburg.
