The municipality of Hof van Twente runs the risk of being held liable by third parties. The need is to cover these liability risks by means of liability insurance for municipalities.

The liability insurance must cover the liability of the municipality in the broadest sense of the word. This concerns liability for property, personal and financial damage alleged by third parties.

The municipality also wishes to receive a registration for Good Employment Insurance.

This Good Employership Insurance covers the personal or property damage that an employee incurs when he participates in traffic for his work, during commuting, during the performance of work or in other activities related to work, for example a company outing. The employer does not have to be liable for this damage.
