In order to implement the new medical concept for the Munich Clinic Harlaching and to implement the necessary renovation and renewal measures, Munich Clinic Harlaching needs a replacement new building due to its outdated structural structures of the inventory from the 1960s. The construction size of the new building is approx. 60,000 m² GFA. The structure size of the functional floors (ground floor - 2nd floor) is based on the limitations of the construction site. The size of the care areas (3rd to 5th floor) results from the requirement to accommodate two double stations together on one floor with up to 65 beds per station. The total number of beds is around 550 beds.
