AUA.3 Orientation on the project and mission
The assignment is a framework agreement that applies to the responsible function Environment to the department. The department is subject to the principle of public access to official records. The department needs to be staffed with an environmental coordinator with overall responsibility for the Environment function. The Environmental Coordinator's assignment includes the following work within the subject area Environment:
Plan, administer and lead the work within the Environment function
Participate in the strategic work of the programme
Participate in the preparation of tender documentation and compliance with requirements
Establish, maintain and develop governing documents
Direct, support and coordinate projects and other functions
Interact with program stakeholders
Provide monthly reporting to program management
Provide training
Handle all sorts of other issues related to the aforesaid

The consultant offered in the tender can be provided for the assignment initially 75% with an escalation to the equivalent of 100% of a full-time position. The policy within the department is that the work must be conducted on site at the client's premises in Malmö. However, the scope of the assignment may be lower in periods, so the client does not guarantee a certain volume in the assignment.
The consultant may, in addition to the consultant offered in the tender, need to supplement with additional resources during intensive periods. If applicable, this is agreed in consultation between the client and the consultant.
A framework agreement is intended to be signed with one (1) tenderer for the entire assignment. The framework agreement period is a maximum of 8 years.
The maximum value that may be called off within the framework agreement amounts to SEK 50 million. If the turnover of the framework agreement reaches or exceeds this value, the customer has the right to terminate the framework agreement with immediate effect.
