The contract covers:

- the provision of the equipment necessary for the measurement of blood glucose at the bedside and the computer integration of the result,

- the supply of reagents and quality controls,

- specific training services for laboratory technicians, nursing staff and computer scientists,

- installation and start-up services for the said equipment,

- the after-sales service during the market,

- maintenance of the middleware.

The contracting authority means by equipment:

- blood glucose meters (accessories, softwares and related hardwares),

- the middleware.

The adjudicator understands by reagents:

- the reagent strips for detecting and measuring capillary blood glucose,

- high level quality controls,

- low level quality checks.

These specifications can not, under any circumstances, be considered as an undertaking on the part of the University Hospital and Psychiatric Center of Mons-Borinage nor the Tivoli University Hospital Center.
