The contract is awarded in open call for tenders and, for lot 2, in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders.

lot No. 2 is the subject of a single-awarding framework agreement with purchase orders according to Articles R.2162-2 to 6 and R.2162-13 to 14 of the Public Order Code, with an annual minimum (T.T.C.) of 10000 euro and a maximum of 35000 euro.
