The target of the procurement is outsourced payroll services and SaaS-HR systems to the University of Helsinki Real Estate Services Ltd.
The tenderer is responsible for the delivery, maintenance and development of the HR system and payroll services it offers as described in the tender documentation.

The acquisition includes the following components:
Payroll services (organisation and production of payroll services) with travel and expense invoice system:
- Related reporting
- Professional services
- One-way data transfer to financial accounting (SAP S/4 Finance version 1610)
HR system as a SaaS service, including:
- Maintenance of personal and employment life cycle data, including maintenance of training data
- Reporting related to the previous ones
- SSO-kirjautuminen
- Professional services
- One-way data transfer to the University of Helsinki's IAM access rights register.

- Working time management system
- Competence management system
- Electronic archiving of employment contracts

The tenderer is responsible for the delivery, maintenance and development of the HR system and payroll services it offers as described in the tender documentation.
In accordance with the current agreement, the customer has the right and opportunity to transfer all databases of the systems from the entire period of use of the system to themselves or to the maintenance of a new supplier without additional sanctions or additional charges. The current integrations are described in Appendix 1.1 of the invitation to tender.
