The mission includes, in a broad sense, the design (project phase) and the control of the execution (realization phase) to obtain a perfectly finished and received work as well as all the services previously necessary for its normal use and its operation, including its commissioning.

The drafting of all the market documents of the work contract for the realization of the work (specifications, plans, metric, opinion, tender analysis report, etc.) is also an integral part of this contract. Services.

The market documents for the work of realization of the work must be:

- drawn up in accordance with the Belgian legislation on public procurement,

- validated and approved by the Employer,

- presented and approved by Infrabel, SNCB, the Health and Safety Coordinator (CSS) and the designated control office within their respective prerogatives.

In addition to the complete study, the mission also includes the monitoring and supervision of works in the sense of the ordinary services of an architect, including services in the field of:

- urban integration in accordance with the applicable rules,

- landscape architecture (and urban planning),

- stability in the field of civil engineering and engineering,

- security in the sense of respecting the applicable construction standards,

- special techniques relating to electricity, lighting, access security, etc., which do not concern the infrastructures managed by the ORES distribution network operator. For the latter, the successful tenderer's attention is drawn to the fact that they are the subject of a specific contract entrusted to ORES: the coordination with ORES, both at the design stage and during the phase However, work is an integral part of this service contract.

In addition, the mission includes more specifically:

- assistance in concordance of works, in general and detailed planning, ...,

- the drafting and filing of all the requests for administrative and legal authorizations (permits, ...),

- studies and preliminary tests (topographical surveys, measurements, geotechnical tests, pollution analyzes, etc.),

- studies and operationalization services related to specific operating equipment (furniture, built-in furniture, elevators / lifts, etc.),

- assistance with the commissioning and commissioning of the works,

- any other activity necessary for the perfect realization and operationalization of the projected work.

Security and health coordination missions as well as control office missions are not included in the contract, but the successful collaboration of the contractor with these stakeholders is still necessary within the scope of their respective prerogatives.
