The subject of the order is the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste generated in the commune of Rędziny from inhabited real estate, assuming no limit on the amount of mixed and segregated waste collected.
The Employer does not allow the possibility of receiving municipal waste ordered by the Employer together with waste from another municipality or with any other waste.

The scope of the contract is the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste transferred by the owners of real estate located in the commune of Rędziny, where the residents reside, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for storage as part of the entrusted task, in accordance with the provisions:
- the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1454, as amended)
- the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 701, as amended).
- resolution of the Assembly of the Silesian Voivodeship no. 2656/160 / V / 2016 of 23.12.2016 of the Silesian Province Board regarding the adoption of the "Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship for 2016-2022",
- Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29.12.2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19)
In the event of a change in law, the Contractor is obliged to adapt the subject of the contract in accordance with the new provisions.
The contractor is obliged to transfer the waste to the installation having the status of a regional installation for the treatment of municipal waste in accordance with the Waste Management Plan for the Śląskie Voivodeship or to installations intended for substitute service for this region, indicated in the resolution on the implementation of the provincial waste management plan on the principles set out in the Act of 13.9.1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes.
