- New installation of the house water inlet and the drinking water distribution,

- New installation of the entire drinking water network consisting of cold water, hot water and circulation,

- approx. 1 700 m drinking water pipes DN 15-DN 50 (stainless steel pipe),

- installation of water treatment for therapy bath technology,

- Creation of approx. 60 core holes up to d150 mm in masonry and / or concrete walls,

- New installation of 6 complete sanitary areas (BH-WC, WT, showers),

- New installation of shower area in the therapy bath consisting of 3 showers and BH-WC,

- New installation of approx. 400 m waste water pipes DN 50-DN 200,

- New installation of approx. 150 m rainwater pipes (steel pipe, pressure system).
